In my opinion get done your chest xray pa view and cbc, esr and take some antihistamines. Consult to pulmonologist as soon as possible.

No need to take any further vaccine, but clean your wound with fresh water first then with betadine or other antiseptic solution. Take a shot of tetanus vaccine too.
