There is no problem to take antibiotic with homeopathy medicine however it is better to keep one hour gap between the two.

Yes it is totally safe to take multivitamin tablets along with atenolol. There is no adverse effects.

It is normal for bp to increase during the day due to physical exertion or stress, generally bp comes back to normal upon resting for 30 minutes.

Medicine should be taken after breakfast. Avoid excess salt in diet. Use saindhav for cooking. Walk 30 minutes everyday. Try to have 7 to 8 hours sleep and avoid stress.
